Our primary goal is to achieve the best quality on the market. In order to do this, we only use the best quality materials, and technology available.

Our seats are produced in one of Europe’s most advanced upholsterer factory, in our own motorcycle seat manufacturing division. Here we are even able to inject mold the foams of the bike seats. This is identical to the motorcycle manufacturer’s own technology.

During the customization of the motorcycle seats, basically we build a completely new one due to the needs of our customers.

-    First of all, we place a stiff foam on the base seat shell. This provides the stiffness of the seat.
-    On top of this comes the homogen foam, what is chosen accordingly to the weight of the rider
-    The top layer will be the viscoelastic foam, or the gel implant for a really comfortable seat.
-    We then place a durable foil on the top of the foam, and under the leather for water protection.

If we do not mold the foam, then we use a 3D technology to get the preferred shape.
We treat all the stitching, and embroidery with a special glue, this way the seat will be waterproof.

The used leathers are mostly synthetic, and it is completely water UV, acid, and oil resistant.
You can choose all types of materials from the normal, and colored ones all the way to the leather imitation of different animals, for example elephant, crocodile, and many more.

These materials are all suitable for motorcycle and boat usage thank to the water, and acid proofness.

FOAMS:
In order to get the best comfort possible, we use different quality and different hardness inner materials.

GEL:
This is a silicone-gel material designed especially for motorcycle seat purposes. It dissolves the weight of the rider almost perfectly, while it adapts to his/her anatomical shape. A very similar material is used as a medical aid to eliminate bed-sore in some hospitals.

Seat Heating

Your comfort on colder days- You still can ride your bike even is October, and November, while the season will start earlier for you than usual.

We use the seat heating system of BMW Motorrad. This ensures the quality, and reliability.

The system is adjustable in two stages.
